Professor Kathleen DeRose seeks one teaching fellow to assist with her Foundations of FinTech class during the Spring 2019 semester. The qualifications are as follows: 1. Knowledge of, or interest in fintech. It's helpful if you've taken the course but since it's new it's not an absolute requirement. Decent GPA. 2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, someone with self-motivation and initiative. The advantages of TF'ing for this course are as follows: 1. Innovative, popular course with students 2. Experience with fun professors and fintech industry guests. 3. Fascinating content. Specific responsibilities will be agreed upon at the start of the term and do not include always attending (this is negotiable, especially if you've taken the course), grading, and holding modest office hours.
