Job Details - Graduate Fellow

Expected work hours: 5 Hours per week for 14 weeks or 70 hours by December 22, 2022

Available time slots: M 3:30 - 6 PM, T 1 - 6, W 9 - 12, F 9 - 12

POSITION: WEBSITE MANAGER and STUDENT OFFICE ASSISTANT

PROFESSIONAL EXECUTION OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Maintenance of our department's website, including adding pages and content, monitoring web traffic, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with our director and administrator to ensure that the site provides information in a format that meets the business needs of our department, and ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met. ADVANCED WEBSITE DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE ARE A MUST.

- Clerical duties such as reception, data entry, and copy/print jobs

- Reception

- Research projects

- Management of shared offices and schedules

- Management of audio/video equipment and schedules

- POSSIBLE Videography (You will be trained to operate a standard home video type digital camera and an iPad for classroom student presentation recordings.)
