Strategic Management of Global Risk is a graduate level course that offers a new and compelling lens through which to view globalization. It helps students understand the risks associated with globalization while equipping them with the necessary tools to overcome those risks. The teaching fellow’s responsibilities will include the following: 1. Reviewing and grading individual and group assignments 2. Updating slides and class materials 3. Updating and maintaining the NYU Brightspace site 4. Managing groups and group communications 5. Keeping the gradebook up to date There are two sections of the course. One section meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am-11:50am (starting on November 2). One section meets on Tuesday evenings (starting on November 9). The total commitment is roughly 3-5 hours per week, depending upon the specific assignment and tasks required for the week.
