ABOUT US:
The Stern School of Business’ BTE (Business, Technology and Entrepreneurship) Program is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Graduate Fellow for the 2021-2022 academic year. The time commitment would be 20 hours per week. For the Fall 2021 semester, the date range would be September 2nd 2021 until December 14th 2021 and for the Spring 2022 semester, the date range would be January 24th 2022 until May 9th 2022. The weekly schedule would generally be within the time frame of Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM ET and would be dependent on the team’s needs and the applicant’s availability. The ideal candidate would also be available on select weeknights and weekends to assist with programming and events. This role predominantly focuses on programmatic and logistical support for the Stern BS. in BTE program. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate student passionate about student mentorship and organizing within the fields of business, technology, and entrepreneurship.

GRADUATE FELLOW RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Graduate fellow role involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Assisting with event planning and production - developing promotional materials, creative campaigns and publications
  • Providing programmatic and logistical support for new BTE programs including - Alumni advisory program, BTE Hackathon, Company visits, and more
  • Managing BTE Community Slack Channels, including posting announcements, documents, reminders, etc.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

  • experience and proficiency working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

COMPENSATION:
Compensation for the Fall 2021 semester is $7,600 for the full semester at 20 hours per week.
