TF Wanted for Collaboration Conflict & Negotiation Warm greetings. I'm looking for Teaching Fellows for two Fall sections of my Collaboration, Conflict & Negotiation ($900/course) in September and October 2021. There's no need to attend Collaboration, Conflict & Negotiation sessions. You need to be a registered Stern student. I describe each position in more detail below. If you're interested, please reply as soon as practicable this week by emailing me at sf14@nyu.edu, and include answers to the numbered questions I note below. I hope to decide in a few days. Questions? Just let me know. Cordially, Prof. Seth Freeman What My Collaboration, Conflict & Negotiation TF Will Do Here are the main things my TF will do for CC&N in the Fall 2021— *Administer and post materials on the Brightspaces Website *Keep a grade book and gather and record grades periodically *Receive memos and exam(s) and help with grading using answer keys *Calculate final grades at the end of the semester *Other stuff The work load varies week to week from 1-12 hours depending on what we're doing. The syllabus for each section will be similar to ours. You must be a currently enrolled Stern student. Please also note in your reply 1) what grade you got in Collaboration, Conflict & Negotiation (and Advanced if applicable) 2) when you took the course(s) and who you took it with 3) whether you've TF'ed before and for whom. Please note if that instructor can likely give you a recommendation. 4) your likely course load and work commitments (outside job, TFships) while the course is running. 5) any travel or work commitments you have while the course(s) are under way, and, if any, when and whether you will be reachable via email during your travels, and 6) your full name, address, phone number(s) and email address(es) and best time(s) 7) you are currently registered as a Stern student and # of credit hours you're taking this semester 8) whether you'd be interested in serving- and able to serve- as TF for one or more non-NYU intensive course too. 9) your willingness to reply to emails within 8 hours during work hours on weekdays; ~4 hours during grading periods. 10) anything else you'd like me to know.
